SIMULATED PROCESS
SEPARATIONS
Production-ready color separations for commercial screen printing, built around practical color count, garment color and on-press reproduction.
SEPARATIONS BUILT TO PRINT
Simulated-process work isn't finished when it looks good on screen. Separations have to survive the transition to screens, ink and garment while reproducing the character, color and detail of the original artwork.
WHAT I NEED
Send the original artwork at the best available resolution, along with the intended garment color, print size, available screen count and any production requirements I should know about.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Production-ready simulated-process separations built for your specific job, including underbase and highlight channels where required, clearly identified image colors, halftone information and a composite reference for production.
BUILT AROUND SCREEN PRINTING
These aren't generic automated separations. Color count, garment color, underbase construction, tonal transitions and ink relationships are considered as part of the separation process.
The objective isn't simply to reproduce the source image on a monitor. It's to build a separation that gives the printer a practical path to reproducing it on press.
